Delete your account

Send us a message from your account’s email and we delete everything. Cancel paid plans first.

Before you start

  1. Cancel your plan in Billing if you pay for one. See Upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
  2. Download anything you want to keep: contacts (Audience → Export CSV), orders (Sales → CSV) and stats (Analytics → CSV).

Delete it

Contact us using the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm, take your pages offline and delete your account data from our live systems within 30 days.

Your handle and emoji links are freed, and anyone can claim them afterwards.

Just want to take your page down?

  • Unpublish: Settings → Danger zone → Unpublish. Your page goes offline but stays in your account.
  • Delete one page: Settings → Danger zone → Delete page.
