Collect emails and form replies
Add an Email capture or Form block (Pro). Sign-ups land in Audience, and you can get an email for each one.

Email capture
- In Editor, press Browse blocks → Grow → Email capture.
- Write a heading ("Get early access 👀") and the button text.
- Publish.
Double opt-in
Turn on Double opt-in if you want people to confirm. They get an email with a confirm button, and they only count once they click it. Until then they show as Pending in Audience. Use it if you send newsletters: your list stays clean and you're on the right side of the rules in places like the EU.
Forms
The Form block asks anything. Field types: Short text, Email, Phone, Long text and Dropdown. Every field is required.
Where replies go
Open Audience. You can search, filter by block with All sources, and see Contacts, This week and With email at the top.
Get an email for each sign-up
We email you when someone signs up. Turn it off in Settings → Notifications → New sign-ups.
Spam
Sign-up forms are rate-limited and can show a quick "are you human" check to stop bots.
