Terms of Service
Last updated 26 October 2026
These terms cover your use of inmy.bio and ๐ปโค.ws (together, โinmy.bioโ, โweโ, โusโ): the website, the dashboard and the public pages we host. By creating an account or publishing a page you agree to them. If you use inmy.bio for a company, you accept them on its behalf.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
- Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including by team members you invite.
- Tell us through our contact form if you think someone else has access to your account.
2. Your page and your content
You keep all rights to the text, images, links and other material you put on inmy.bio. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, resize, display and deliver that material, only as needed to run the service: showing your page, previews, share images and backups. The licence ends when you delete the material or your account, apart from copies in backups that expire on their normal schedule.
You promise that you have the right to publish what you post, and that it follows these terms.
3. What isnโt allowed
Donโt use inmy.bio to publish or link to:
- anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone elseโs copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- malware, phishing, scams, fake giveaways, or pages that pretend to be another person or brand;
- sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, or content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
- harassment, threats or hate directed at people based on who they are;
- spam, or forms that collect other peopleโs data without telling them why.
Donโt attack, overload, scrape at scale or try to get around the limits of the service, and donโt resell it without our written agreement. We check links against known malware and phishing lists and may block them. We may remove content, unpublish a page or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.
4. Handles, emoji links and custom domains
- A handle or emoji link gives you the right to use that address on inmy.bio or ๐ปโค.ws while your account is in good standing and, for paid emoji links, while you keep paying for it. It is not a domain name you own, and it canโt be transferred or sold outside inmy.bio.
- We may reclaim or rename an address that infringes a trademark, impersonates someone, is reserved for the service, or has been inactive or unpaid for a long time. When a paid emoji link ends, it keeps redirecting for a short grace period and is then released.
- If you connect your own domain, you must control it and keep its DNS records pointing at us. We may stop serving a domain that no longer points at us or that you can no longer prove you control.
5. Plans, payments and refunds
- Paid plans and emoji links are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. On the website you pay through Stripe. In the iPhone or Android app you pay through the App Store or Google Play, charged to your Apple Account or Google account. Prices are shown before you pay, and may include tax where it applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel a website subscription at any time in Billing. Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in your Apple Account or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Either way, you keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Fees arenโt refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires it or we say otherwise in writing. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own rules. If you live in the EU or the UK, you agree that the service starts straight away when you subscribe, and you accept that this ends your right of withdrawal for that period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 daysโ notice. A change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
- A free trial becomes a paid subscription only if you add a payment method; otherwise it ends and your account goes back to Free.
6. Selling on your page
When you sell products or take tips, the sale is between you and your buyer. Payments go straight to the payment account you connect (such as PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Mercado Pago, Razorpay or Lemon Squeezy), and that providerโs terms and checks apply. You are responsible for what you sell, for delivering it, for refunds and support to your buyers, and for your own taxes. Where we keep a platform fee, it is shown in Sales and on the pricing page; the providerโs own fees apply as well.
7. Collecting emails and form answers
If you add an email or form block, you decide what to collect and what you will do with it. You are the controller of that data, and we process it on your behalf to store it, show it to you, export it and, if you turn it on, send it to your email tool. You must tell your visitors why you collect it, have a lawful reason for it, and only email people who agreed to hear from you.
8. Other services
Your page can embed or link to other services (YouTube, Spotify, booking tools, shops and others), and you can connect tools like Mailchimp or Kit. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we arenโt responsible for them.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep inmy.bio fast and available, but we donโt promise it will never be interrupted. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you pay for, we tell you in advance and you may cancel. We may change these terms; for important changes we tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use inmy.bio after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using inmy.bio at any time. Delete your account in the app (Settings โบ Delete account) or ask us through our contact form to delete it. Deleting an account doesnโt cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in your store account settings. We may end or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or if the law requires it. When an account ends, its pages go offline, its addresses are released, and its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
inmy.bio is provided โas isโ. To the extent the law allows, we arenโt liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 50 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that canโt be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
You will cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of content you published or your breach of these terms.
12. Contact
Questions, complaints or notices about these terms: use our contact form. To report content that breaks them, use the Report button on the page, or the same form with the page address and what is wrong with it.
